PSCAP Past President, Dr. Rhodora Andrea Concepcion joined the Mental Health Caravan for the Youth: “Tara Usap, G?”, a program led by Sen. Win Gatchalian in support of the Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act (RA 12080). Held on August 15, 2025 at Muntinlupa National High School, the event was conducted in partnership with Balik-Kalipay Center for Psychosocial Response, Inc. and the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA).

Students and teachers participated in an interactive mental health program that opened with PETA’s stage play “Keri Pa Ba?”, followed by a talkback session discussing family dynamics, academic pressures, peer relationships, gender identity, and teacher well-being.

PSCAP and PPA were acknowledged as key resource partners in strengthening mental health initiatives for the youth, the community, and the education sector.”
